About myself
I began the journey in health in 1976 when I injured my knee training for a Greco Roman wrestling tournament. I borrowed an anatomy book from a fellow lifting buddy and began my first endeavor in the study of the body. This inspired me to go to college to be an Athletic Trainer at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Co. There I received a B.S. and certification from the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) as an athletic trainer. As a trainer I saw the benefit Chiropractic could offer athletes. Upon finishing my studies at CSU, I went on to Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis Mo., graduating in 1984.
I practiced in Durango, Colorado initially, for 21+ years. In 2005, I moved to Whidbey Island and am in Freeland Wa.
I am continuing to learn and be amazed by the human body, maybe another 34 years and I will have it figured out....if I am so lucky. In the mean time am grateful to do what I do, and will keep learning and helping patients.
